I purchased a fortnite honor guard skin code. My code arrived immediately but that code was already redeemed.
Eneba's support helped me in 1 day after my code was sent and they gave me a good key. I recommend this site warmly.
The Global Key I received for Football Manager did not work, (Issues Raised #236936). I have shared the screenshots but no reply from last 7days. I have been told they will need to contact Supplier to see what the issue is. This shouldn't happen in first place when you sell Global key and its locked to a region or is incorrect. Scammers have stopped responding to emails and won't even give money back. If you are scammed use PayPal to get your money refunded

If the price seems to good to be true - it probably is. While eneba claim to just be a marketplace - they take some responsibility for selling keys through their site.
Bought a key to use for a game that evening - duplicate key did not work. Customer service apparently take over two weeks.
Got exact what I paid for and the instructions to redeem my code was clear and easy to understand.
Eneba has reliably provided the keys I've purchased. Every transaction so far has been a positive experience, and often the prices are the lowest I can find.
I got a used key...,
but support is very good and after while i got new key :)

Eneba is great! best website for discounted games. I only wish that the currency conversion worked
I ordered multiple times with Eneba and I've got to say: it's a really good service. But the biggest thing I'm annoyed with is that they leave out the "Service fee" until the very last ordering stage. Be fair about the prices, how hard can it be? The worst thing is, you only find out about it only if you already are ready to check out.
Other than that, it's very cheap option for games, DLCs and such.
I bought 2 codes, 1 didn't work and they other was bought on he wrong format, neither were used, basically told me tough $#*! and the i had some clown named Ben Rogers come along and try to speak down to me like i was a child or his student. Stay away from these scammers.
I bought a key for wwe 2k17 and when I tried claiming it, it said it had already been used. I contacted Eneba about it and provided screenshots but they said "the exact time for resolution depends on the seller and the amount of the current cases they have." It has been a day but I'm really not too sure how long this process takes. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because they still could give me another key, but as of now I still have yet to get one. The extra steps to this process are also very tedious.
My son got scammed with this website. Claiming to enable Steam account after verified purchase. They keep coming back to ask for more payment.
